Contaminants
Many contaminants are acted upon by more than one photochemical process, resulting in broad, effective removal in a single system, or in a single stage of a multistage process. The following chart shows a portion of the Puralytics contaminant removal list. Note the following:
- Dichromate is reduced, adsorbed, and oxidized
- Arsenic and Lead are reduced and adsorbed
- Legionella is oxidized and disinfected
